Hiro is going to end up in Japan. I'm thinking that he's going to try and teleport Peter out of NY as he's detonating and the nuclear activity is going to mess up his trajectory, sending him to feudal Japan and Peter somewhere else where he can blow up.. safely. So yeah, Hiro is going to go back to Japan and become Takezo Kensei ;) Ando, upon examining the katana in Ep. 20, had said that it looked like Hiro had fought many battles - now, swords are cool and all, but how practical is a sword against guys with guns? The only place (and time) to get a lot of swordfighting in is Japan 500 years previously.
If you mean where you physically drew Hiro on the pinup, I guess the top right corner. :) If you mean the time/place to which Hiro jumps, I would've guessed ancient Japan, too. Aargh. (Thanks, AcidBurn133!) Okay, instead I'll guess he goes back approximately 30 or 40 years when his father was a young man. He learns of Kaito's involvement with the Company and either his mother's or father's secret powers.
My guess is lower right (that's normally where the final pinup is located.). Hiro is with, well, most of the main cast, celebrating stopping the explosion (Nov 9th, 2006). They celebrate at the Petrelli mansion.
Okay, so this sorta contradicts my whole theory on who's that bomb but my other suggestion would be that Hero ends up in prehistoric times with Peter when he tries to teleport Peter away from NY and exploding. Peter will explode there thereby setting off the reaction that kills all the dinosaurs. Ando, I think, will die in the season finale. Honestly… I have not idea but this is a good guess.
Hiro will end up back in the prehistoric era with explodeing Peter and fight a T-Rex with his sword, before in the background Peter detonates, killing the dinosaurs and keeping history on track while not disrupting the present.
If you look at the painting of Hiro fights T-Rex, you'll notice that while they tried to throw us all off with the "battle" with the T-Rex model in the museaum, Hiro was in the wrong clothes, and the sword was sheathed, because it was just the replica. Hiro now is in the right clothes to be accurate to the painting as of the end of Landslide, and has the real sword.
Further, look at the actual background of the battle. I've studied it and come to the conclusion that it's night time, and the yellow light the reptile and Hiro fight against is an explosion.
With the exception of the Sylar kills the cheerleader painting that Peter finished, every single painting of Isaac Mendez has been absolutely 100% accurate. The season finale will see the last link that was left unfulfilled, filled.
Hiro will end up in old-school Japan. He will transport himself to a field in the middle of a large battle, and will narrowly escape being trampled by warriors on horses.
He will be with Ando, attempting to stab Sylar as the comic shows, but he realizes that there are now two exploding men, which includes Peter. He will begin attempting to kill both of them, but realizes he can't kill both at the same moment, so he stabs Peter. Claire is nearby so Peter regenerates. Sylar explodes, just to be an evil dick, but Hiro teleports himself and Ando to safety just in time, probably back to the feudal era.
And yeah, I also think he will become Kensei (and have since the museum scene actually - ha).
It's really simple, he's going to end up backstage of the Heroes set, having jumped into our reality, and he'll be standing there seeing Masi Oka act and someone will have to scream "YOU'RE BREAKING THE FOURTH WALL!!!"
My guess is that as the bomb is going off, Hiro transports himself randomly and he ends up going back to the days of Takezo Kensai. My guess is that Hiro IS Takezo Kensai. This would be an amazing lead into next season which supposedly focuses on the origins of the heroes.
So I'm going to say you drew him in ancient Japan in the middle of a Japanese Army!!!
After accidently stabbing Ando [as seen in the comic], Hiro will time travel to ancient Japan and be the legendary Takezo Kensei. So I think he'll be drawn in ancient Japan.
Hiro is in front of the legend, Takezo Kensei in medieval Japan. He had teleported to the past and was caught up by some samurai. They bring them to their leader, Takezo Kensei. Who turns out to be none other than Kaito Nakamura, his father. Guess Kaito's got a power too. Immortality.
Awww... Vox really took mine. (Ok not really, since he posted first, but you know what I mean :D)
Just to be different.
I think Hiro will end up in Ancient Japan. I think he will be facing not a dinosaur, but perhaps a dragon? The Dragon of Kiso Mountain, the same dragon from the Takezo legend? And in the process, will come face to face with Takezo, who is in the midst of being taught the secrets of the sword, and who will be none other than Kaito Nakumura. If not Kaito, at least another Nakumura.
In hindsight, some people sure had great guesses! If I had to guess, I would have agreed with acidburn's and vox's answers, but I wasn't first with the idea, don't have much to add then what others have said, and I've seen both the finale and the novel...
However, I would like to say that I did like that final page compiling/summarizing the many events of the finale! That was great! :)

My two best guesses were taken..

Hiro is in New York with the rest of the Heroes. He is fighting Sylar and ends up stabbing him as what Isaac predicted. He will do it protecting Ando.

in a clock tower trying where it is revealed he will become father time

Even if someone has taken your guess, if you elaborate with more details that are more accurate, then you win! It's not just first in, best dressed.
And I didn't mean where on the page! I meant where (ie. location) in the HEROES story does Hiro find himself. =P

Hiro will be in ancient Japan, wearing a blue and green plaid shirt, running away from warriors Sun Tzu - style without his sword.
(I'm a cheater, I know ha).
Awesome idea for a contest Jas.
Hiro will... be eating tacos with Uluru and Quincy Jones in Rosarito.
I have no idea. :(

Hiro will end up back in the old west being chased by a bunch of indians.
